2018 Retrospective

This goal for this retrospective is to reflect on all the entries reviewed from 2018 until a certain point mid-January on Screening Spectacles. However, there was also a number of bland or terrible ones that either didn't try any effort or went into a direction that negatively affected the experience. Everything that has been analyzed from 2018 will contain the overall consensus section from their reviews along with my pros and cons to accompany them.

      • Blindspotting: Blindspotting delivers on a brilliant traumatic premise through its great performances, balance with comedy & drama, profound themes in its storytelling, and great usage of modern racial prejudice. ⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑🍿
